Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to all website design, development, and hosting services provided by Griffin Web Development ("we", "us"). By purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.

1. Website packages

We offer Starter ($500) and Business ($1,500) website packages, as described on our pricing section. After you purchase, we will contact you within 2 business days to collect your content (text, logo, photos) and agree on a timeline.

2. Payment

• Website packages are paid in full at purchase: Starter ($500) and Business ($1,500). Work begins once payment is received.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Revisions

Each package includes up to two rounds of revisions on the design. Additional changes or new features outside the original package can be quoted separately.

4. Refunds

• Before work begins: if you cancel before we start designing your website, your payment is refunded in full.
• After work begins: 50% of your payment is refunded if you cancel before we deliver your first design.
• After the first design is delivered: payments are non-refundable, because they cover work already completed on your project.

5. Hosting & Care plan

• The Hosting & Care plan is billed monthly at $50/month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We do not refund partial months.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may pause hosting until the account is brought up to date.

6. Your content and ownership

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any text, images, and logos you give us. Once your website is paid for in full, you own the website and its content. If you leave our hosting, we will provide a copy of your website files.

7. Domain names

Domain names are registered in your name or on your behalf, and their yearly renewal fee is separate from our packages unless agreed otherwise.
